Dates: March 7; 14; 21; and 28, 2015. Saturday Mornings: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM.

This course is being offered after a number of years of requests and encouragements by friends, colleagues and others to offer local Wilmington groups, classes or courses or dreams, and the framework that I have developed on dreams, which is called Shamana.

The foundation of this four-morning March, 2015 course will be my Healing Dream panel presentation at the 2014 IASD (International Association for the Study of Dreams) Berkeley, CA Conference, presented with Patricia Garfield, PhD, Susanne van Doorn, PhD, and Sandy Ginsberg, MS. This work is based on: thirty-five years of research and experience in workshops and guiding-mentoring individuals in dreams, meditation and creativity – to assist inner-healing, transformation and health for purposeful and vital life; the dreaming knowledge and principles of India's Vedas and yogic texts and teachings; and indigenous and western dream studies.

Each Saturday morning seminar is a combination of: teaching principles; a visualization-meditation called "Shamana Dharana" for enhancing dreaming for self-knowledge, for others and ecology; opportunity for dream sharing and processing; and Q&A.

    Catching up!

After a long "sabbatical" -  I will hopefully be back blogging on a more regular basis. I make no promises though, as there are many demands on most of us at this time.

I have deleted many blogs, trimming down to a small number, a handful, to start anew.

I hop to also share more stories on the crow, and some ancient stories, such as the immortal sage-crow, who mastered the breath to diminish sorrow, illness and death; the first, heavenly hound, and heavenly canine guardians of foreknowledge, intuition or keen senses to aid us and the heavens.

Such wisdom tradition knowledge appears important at this critical time and transition.

It is said in the spiritual and wisdom-mystical traditions that when things appear darkest, an even "greater" Light is available, working to conquer the darkness, transform it, and enlighten us.

We are called to be aware of it, to work with it, and within it.
