Shamana Yoga of Sleep and Dreams Instructions for Sleeping Yogic Style, in Peace, for Health, Healing and for Rejuvenation.
These programs and their processes are based on Paul Overman, PhD's work with clients over many years based on his Mind-Body-Spirit "Dream Mentoring"and "Soulful Meditations." Participants learn the difference between dreaming — as understood in meditative and indigenous dream traditions — and dream interpretation work. In dreaming we can have mutual dreams, lucid dreams and telepathic dreams. In dreaming we can dream with ancestors and loved ones. In “dreaming practices” all of life becomes a meditation and a journey — in which everything around one can be seen as a sign or symbol, or an expression of an inner movement or dream brought into life and action. To participate with power in the movements of our inner life one must learn to see and experience the subliminal or inner world — the dream world. This process leads participants through a series of experiential exercises for expanding consciousness and awareness. These guided experiences are called dharanas or dream mentoring” techniques — to learn to have expanded and higher dreams, dreams worth having. Through such dharanas or exercises one can learn to enter sleep to be more rejuvenating and to “enliven” dreams for guidance and inspiration. Through such changes in sleep one can experience empowering dreams and dreams of spiritual potential. This experiential teaching program is for any serious dreamer or student of dreams — 18yrs. or older. Programs for children with parents are in the planning. |
