|
North Kohala, home of Hawaii Island Retreat is a land of breath-taking beauty, with its windswept ocean cliffs, deep ravines, green meadows, and ancient coastal valleys.
"For me, this place felt so friendly and profoundly deep. It is Hawaii at its most mystical." "Beyond and beneath all memory, the valley hums with a palpable spirit: as a hidden realm, ruled by the deep, abiding calm of ancient stones." Forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair. It is possible in meditation or contemplation to enter the “heart” or behind-the-scene quality of any dream symbol or image including that of color. You can mentally enter or merge with a form or light to more consciously sense its purpose and qualities – to understand its personalized and greater meaning. The forces of nature operate more potently in these places of power, and with more creative-intelligence, for the inner-purposes of these life forms, at a cellular – I dare say – and universal level, have been stimulated, released, and allowed to grow with an inner fertility of light and spiritual energy. Mutual dreaming is universal, as we can enter the dream worlds, contact and interact with life energies of plants, animals, humans...and at times even the energetic signature or “consciousness” of inanimate objects, such as a stone – for receiving or giving knowledge, power, love-healing or mutual creative action. Nature always wears the colors of the spirit. You must expand your awareness within to be able to hear or listen silently. Expanding your consciousness, living in the present moment and forever listening is imperative or you may miss that great call in your dream life or daytime life – like missing a phone call for a job interview because you were asleep or your phone was turned off. The deeper-inner life also knows the right means to answering a call for change or action. Listening to your dreams – and rightly understanding them –aids you in avoiding the wrong road or a difficult road on the journey of life. |
