Wilmington, NC, by Paul Overman, PhD
March 7; 14; 21; and 28, 2015
This Shamana sleep and dream course introduces the meditative-dreaming process of Dream Samadhi℠. Meditative-dream techniques will be taught to assist having higher, more harmonious dreams for deeper insight, well-being and enhanced creativity.
The foundation of this March, 2015 course will be his CE Healing Dream panel presentation at the 2014 IASD (International Association for the Study of Dreams) Berkeley, CA Conference. Dr. Overman's dreamwork is based on thirty-five years of consciousness research and experience facilitating workshops and mentoring individuals in dreams, meditation and creativity. Dream Samadhi™ dreaming techniques are rooted in Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo.
East-West perspectives on sleep, meditation and dreams will also be introduced, and how they enhance each other for health, inspiration and peak performance. Participants will learn basic principles of analyzing dream types and basic principles of personal dream interpretation, for greater self-knowledge and inner-direction.
Each Saturday morning seminar is a combination of: teaching principles; a visualization-meditation called "Shamana Dharana" for expanding awareness and insight; opportunity for dream sharing; and Q&A. Class size will be small to allow participant interaction. Early registration is suggested.
